How long does it take to complete? You have a Full 180 days of access to take/complete this online course. Take your time and let the material soak in. What is the course like? There are 8 chapters which include 8 lessons. Each lesson has a skippable Progress Quiz with 10 questions selected in random order. You can move freely between chapters and lessons and take/skip quizzes as you like. Will using this online course make sure I pass the NY Notary Public test? There are no guarantees!!! This online course will give you most of the information you need and also get you used to taking quizzes and the final test, but it is fully up to you whether you pass the NY State test/exam. Do I have to take and pass each quiz? You can skip the quizzes but we really recommend you try your best to do them so you will be better prepared for the final test. What is the final test like? The final test is 10 random questions (mostly multiple-choice) taken from the course material and used in the quizzes. You need 80% correct to pass the final test. Can I retake the final test and is it free? Retakes are free and there is no specific time-limit to retry to pass the test as long as you have access to the course. Is it possible to get a refund? Refunds are possible within 30 days of purchase. There is a cancel option within the system on the my account/orders page only within the 30 days after purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 1 week, after administrative review, of the cancel request being made.
